I'm trying to find out which page we (and our competitors) are on for a couple of keywords. Is there a quick way to do this rather than looking at each page on Google until I find the result?

You can download some free software called traffic travis. This will tell you a lot of information about your site, your search positions and can also be used to research your competitors.
Traffic travis pro is a paid version but to be honest the free version should be just fine for your needs.
More info about it at my blog web-design-sussex-seo.co.uk
and a full course on running your website at my members site smallbusinesswebsiteclub.com
Hope this helps.
