How do I change the message which appears under my name? I mean the one under Melonline?

Do you mean the "'m just testing the water here." bit?
If so, thats linked to the number of posts you have made, as your post count increases the message changes automatically. Not sure what the limits are for each change, but you will see it happen in time as you post more.
