How Can I Get My Business Name on Postcode Lookups?

How would I add my company name to the postcode lookup instead of the previous tenants?

This will happen automatically over time. As more and more post gets delivered to your business address with yoru business name on it the Royal Mail data will be automatically updated and will then filter through to all their data distributors in the next update.

Are there guidelines on how this happens exactly and / or possibility of paying Royal Mail to get the business added?

You will still likely find most 3rd party PAF sources will take over 3 months to update (typical RM PAF update licensing).
