How can I build a list of companies with good-sized sales team?

HI all. I need to quickly compile a list of companies that have sales teams with more than, say, 10 people in them.
I created a persona in Sales Nav looking for people with 'sales' in their title. That works if you are prepared to go through the companies manually.
But I wanted to ask if there's a way to do effectively the same thing but automatically. I'd love to find a tool or platform that lets me put in my criteria and it returns a list of all the companies that have more than 10 people with sales in their job title.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

    Hi Steve,

Worth talking to Zint we use them for finding companies that have certain words in their website that indicate they might use our services. Something called propensity modeling i think, whatever it is it works well for us.

Manually shifting through companies and professionals can be time-consuming. You could use an app like apollo.io that helps to search and filter more easily. There's quite a few apps now available. There's also email extractors out there also, if you're looking to scan through websites and reach out via email. I think using an automation tool like Phantombuster or Dux-Soup might be the best way to improve how you're using Sales Navigator. So you would be doing everything you're doing already but less. Both are good choices, but I think DS is a little cheaper!

    Hi Steve,

I may have misunderstood your post, but I would take a different approach in Sales Nav.

First, I would identify target companies by searching for Accounts and not Leads. The Account search can be filtered by the number of employees, headcount in a department (e.g. Sales), industry, and technologies used. I would save this as a specific Account list called Prospects

I mention industry and technologies so that your outreach can be more targeted. For example, a B2B sales team would likely behave very differently than a B2C sales team.

Second, once you have a Prospects accounts list, then I would search for the main contact in each company. This is a Leads search. You could use Personas or you could manually specify Function, Seniority, or Current Job Title.

Third, as you go through potential leads, add them to two lists: Contacted and Not relevant. When you contact a company, remove them from your Prospects accounts list, and add them to your Contacted accounts list.

This step is important because you can filter your various searches to include or exclude certain lists.

There are a whole bunch of tools (e.g. PhantomBuster) that can automate the above, but that is a much more comprehensive discussion.

You might want to check out Zint for your needs. It specializes in identifying companies based on specific criteria, like having large sales teams, using advanced data analysis and propensity modeling. Another option is Apollo.io, which simplifies searching and filtering companies. Tools like Phantombuster or Dux-Soup can also help automate your process in Sales Navigator, making it more efficient and less manual.
