We’re doing a round-up of the latest economic predictions for 2024, so how are you feeling about the UK’s economic prospects for 2024? How will they impact your business?

I predict nil or low growth for 2024.

The problem is Russia. In October/November last year Russia banned all oil exports and this has yet to feed through to global markets. Inflation has just begun to increase again in the UK, and I predict a year of moderate inflation - 5% to 8%.

Putin will engineer it to depose Biden and get Trump elected. Food inflation will continue to drop though.
