are there any people on here that run a home care franchise? Can you offer me some tips on what I should be looking for when buying into such a franchise?

Hey there, all you need before buying a franchise is a bit of planning. You can get along with any franchise if you have the guts to start and take over it either it is a home care franchise or any other. All you need to do is, you should plan, manage the starting up cost and work on different pros and cons of purchasing a franchise.

A friend of mine bought such a franchise. A year and a half later, he's still only taking minimum wage salary as it's taken a lot longer than expected to get it off the ground, he borrowed from a family member to buy the franchise and again earlier this year. He is getting more and more clients but it's been extremely slow. Some areas do better than others. You may want to get in touch with other franchisees to get more info.
