Hi Dave,
Tried to register on your labrador site but had problems with email boxes (you can't see what you are typing in) Just thought I'd let you know. Managed to register now. I've got a lovely chocolate Lab.
Welcome to the forums and look forward to your posts

Hi Paul, when you say you cant see what you are typing in what exactly do you mean ? It wasn't a light yellow in the box was it, this is usually caused by people with Google Toolbar installed and its auto highlight facility by form fields that it can fill in for you.

Glad you registered ok :) We have a black lab who is the front page star photo

Thanks everyone else for the welcome and the business profiles ;)

ok Paul thx for feedback, do you have the google toolbar installed ?
If so, that is why the fields were in yellow, unfortunately Google toolbar highlights fields in light yellow that it can populate :)

The email one is strange though, when you say tried sending a mail from the site, what exactly did you do that made it come up with the module isnt active message ?

thx for the info btw as majority of the time users dont feedback on any issues :)

Sorry, this Module isn't active
This comes up when I click on your contact button
Tried registration again today no luck. I just wonder how many other users are encountering these problems? I personally think you are asking to much info from people before they can even see what you are offering.
best

i dont understand Paul honest, we have members joining constantly, 6 today so far ?

the yellow boxes is due to google toolbar :), simply go into Options for the toolbar, then click on Autofill Settings and then turn off the checkbox for the following option "Highlight fields on webpages that autofill can populate for you"

Done that thanks and managed to register got this message in email
You or someone else have used your email account [email protected] to register an account at Labrador Forums
Click on the link and then had to fill in more info. What I'm trying to say is that your could make your registration process far easier and far more user friendly.
I'm going to spend some time on the site now I'm looking forward to using it!
Thanks again
Paul
