High Risk Merchant Accounts

Good Morning Ladies and Gents

I hope you are all well

I've been searching for some answers and advice on my newly started company and have stumbled across this site.

I have just started a call centre and am having issues with payment processors as I'm classed as a high risk business ( but from reading a few threads i would assume all business are unless your a bank )

I have had three merchant accounts in the last 3 weeks and all are now holding funds for 60-120 days

Can anyone advise on a reliable merchant account provider

Gareth : I haven't tried go cardless but will try them, thanks

Nochexman: 1st apparently the sales man filled in the application incorrectly saying we would do X amount of sales when we said we were hoping to do double.

2nd again sales man didn't say we were a call center on the application.

3rd released funds then stopped account as they wanted us to get the customer to go to our site while we were on the phone to them to get them to buy product though the site direct

Is it the nature of your business that they are classing as high-risk (e.g. call centre for a dating company) or just that you are operating a call centre? Are these major acquiring banks that you have set up with ?
