Hello everybody.
Had a fella come into the office today to chat to us, and during conversation mentioned this website as a great source of information and discussion.
Tried to get involved in a number of sites like this one, most lacking in activity, but this seems busy and interesting.
Myself I was hired by an affiliate manager despite having no marketing skills to speak of, and over time developed some decent web development skills to go along with my graphics and illustration background (the web development company at the time turned out to be shocking and hugely costly.) Though I still work for the same guy, I'm forever trying to learn more, and get more involved in what I've learnt is the shark infested pool that is the web development business
Will no doubt speak to, and pick the brains many of you soon.
