hi everyone,
I have a problem, a certain company I use for my website and emails seems to have vanished,there website has stopped working and i cant contact them. They are actually a member of this forum. If anyone on here has the problem please send me a message or give me advice what to do.
All my emails are now "trapped" in my cpanel that I cant access. So even if someone would know how to access it to save all my reciepts etc. that would help.
Hope this has made sense as I dont really want to name and shame the company even though its been over a week im going to give them a few more days to sort it out if they are still out there.

How did you come to choosing them in the first place? Did you check to see that they had a landline telephone number you can contact them on before choosing to use them?

They contacted me on here, It was all set up via there live chat and emails.

Just did a quick whois and you may want to speak to godaddy they should be able to help you if the company in question has sensed trading, etc.

Ive been with them awhile, it was great service...until now.
I just dont understand whats happened. They had great reviews and lots of reccomendations. I just don't know what to do now.

Then it is either an old number or he input fake details when he registered the domain. It was only registered in July last year so you can't have been with them for that long.

There doesn't even seem to be any indexed pages on the waybackmachine from the time in which he had registered the domain, just historic pages of previous registration periods.

Do you have the website files? I can suggest decent hosts but it depends on what your site is and how many visitors you get pm.

Yes its all backedup. It would make my life s much easier if I could find a company that uses the same Cpanelrvs version I was using.
