Hi guys ,

Im new to forum and im new to business !!!

After 12 hard months of work 2 webdesighn companys 3 graphic desighners our business is ready to trade!!

This is my first business venture and damn its hard .

I just wanted to ask if any of you guys no of any websites were i can get salesnstaff for my company . we have an add in the jobcentre but the candidates are diabolical.

Does anybody know of any free websites were we can place job ads or cost effective ads as cash flow is a major problem at the minute.

What sort of deals are you offerring your sales team? is it commission only deals? That will affect where you can go and where you can't.
