Hi,
My name is Tara West-Hand. I work for an organisation called Sencia in Sunderland Tyne & Wear (branches UK-wide) We work in partnership with JobCentre Plus on their NewDeal programme assisting the long-term unemployed back into work.
We are currently looking to place a number of candidates across a range of industries into valuable work-based placements. These placements are no cost to the employer but are invaluable to our candidates as they help them better prepare for getting back into gainful employment.
If there is any vacancies available within your organisation we can provide work trials which can last for up to 3 weeks at no cost. If at the end of the work trial the candidate is successful at gaining employment at your company we can provide subsidies of up to £75 per week for the first 6 months of employment. There is also a one off payment of £750 towards training the candidate whilst employed by yourself, however this is subject to certain conditions.
