hey everyone, new to all this forum stuff and thought i would give it a go,
got a few ideas that will always work been doing it since i was 12 but only very small and for myself, i got kicked down hard a few times by so called family/friends, picked myself up just to be kicked down harder by them,
now i prefer the rural countryside and my dogs and want to get away as far from people as possible lol, not given up hope on all people though just everyone i know or have known so far,
that is all i want and nothing more, getting there on my own will take some time, i need roughly about £500k for the right place, not big just location etc, if i had that place now i could do well over that in 2 years( 1 easy but if i say 2 i do not have to rush, which me and rushing do not mix good, chilled and carm works best), im not interested in making loads of money just to get my place, but would gladly do it for the right person,
would also like to know just as a rough idea of anyone who knows, if someone put 500K into a buisness, how soon normaly would they expect to see a return or profit? and what sort of profits are normaly done on this amount, sorry if this does not make to much sense, not a big computer fan either,

Welcome to the forums. I see however nobody has yet answered the main question you posed and likely because it is a very hard question to answer.

Firstly, what is the risk involved? The higher the risk, the higher the return that should be expected.

The reason I chose to comment on this question is I have just successfully got my first investor, the terms agreed were an interest rate on the investment and a large profit share of the business. In total from a 2 Million Investment, the investor can expect around 5 million returned in a 5 year period.

Again, depends on what you do and who you know.

hi and thanks yeah thats the sort of thing i wanted to know, and yeah i knew it would be hard to answer just wanted a rough idea so i know, good for you though hope it all goes well thou. im a bit buggered with mine there would be a risk yeah to me not anyone else, really cant say loads as it would ruin the whole thing really, but if i had someone do £2 million, well first they would proper have to be the right person, right place, they still most likely get loads of change to start with, say year setting up and getting every thing ready, and i only say a year so im not rushing round as i can not do things like that i prefer chilled, then i could get back all that was paid in less than three months, again two months after and so on, it could stop but then four months and be back on again, could have other problems but i normaly have spares. again all about trust really as i really do not like money, i would be dead if had loads of money i know this, i just want the right place for me and my dogs in the countryside that is it really, dont want big flash things, give me storms, rain, snow, wind, walking with my dogs any day, would not even leave the uk as every where else as got mad animals, bugs and things that kill, i want the quiet countryside, i will get there on my own just not got the place, room, space, to many idiots etc, just if someone did help me get there sooner rather than later, forget ya pay back terms, let me do it my way and they keep getting the profits, i get my place im happy, they get loads of money they be happy. crazy yeah i know but will work,
