hopefully this is the right place to ask this.
I have a ppc campaign that spreads over several keywords.
Is it possible to set up tracking in analytics to see how effective each keyword is for sales?

So not just see how many people are clicking that word but also how many of those people then make a sale?

Ive been told to set up tracking with goals but its all a bit confusing.

Do you already have Google Analytics tracking installed?

As you've said, you must implement 'Goal Conversion Tracking'.

For example - one conversion to track may be the number of people to view the 'order complete' page. If you set the goal to be the viewing of that page, you will be able to assess how many adword visitors completed a sale, and hence see the conversion rate for any given campaign/ad group.

Check out this useful guide from google: google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?answer=55515 (sorry I can't post full links yet!)
