Hi all,

Have been reading on the sidelines for sometime now and decided to join today and would just like to say a big hello to what I think its a great community of people.

I run a small company that puts other small to medium businesses in touch with a network of professionals who help solve problems or grow their businesses. I've been very privileged to work with some amazing people and help companies get the help they need - taking them from good to great and from cloudy to clear skies when things looked very dark. It has its challenges for sure but don't regret it one bit since stepping out on my own. The hardest part for me is working with business owners who can't see the wood for the trees and are too proud to ask for help and would rather watch the ship sink. Being a business owner can be a very lonely place and it helps to know there are resources out there to fill that "skills gap" that we all have.

I am hoping I can lean on the community here every once in a while and also add some value while I'm at it.
