I have recently started disciplinary proceedings against one of my staff members as someone radioed a grievance upon them. During this period we have listened to an internal call between two staff members and one of them saying that the grievance person is a lazy c**T I did an investigation meeting and the invidual is a long standing member with exceptional records and work is top tier. The staff admitted and handed their hands up to what they have called the Individual and informed they have been struggling due to recent murder of their cousin. They informed higher management of poor mental health but nothing was followed up. What would you do
