The easiest way, of course, is to get a website company to build it for you.

But if you would prefer to do it yourself, I would personally have a go at Wordpress. It does, of course, depend on what you want to achieve with your site.

If you cant afford to pay a web designer to do it for you, then go to wordpress.com and sign up for a free Wordpress account.

Then in a new window open up YouTube.com and search for build Wordpress website.
There are loads and loads of free video guides that will show you how to do it.
Your website wont look as good as if it was done by a professional, but it wont have cost you anything and you will have learned a new skill...
