Help with writing a proposal letter for cleaning services

Hi everybody,

I have a client who wants me to write a proposal letter for their cleaning services that will be sent to different nurseries in their area. I have never done something like this before. Basically, I am not really sure how I should structure it and what to include there, how long it needs to be, and so on. Please help!
