Help with warehouse unit

Hi all

My father manufactures clothing and is looking for a unit/warehouse where he can work from and stock products.

I am having difficulty finding available units within leicester.

Where are these advertised?

I keep finding office spaces but that isnt what we are looking for.

local councils usually have listed of available properties in their area the link for your area is; -

Commercial estate agents would be my first place to look. Also take a drive around the industrial estates, you will find a lot of empty units. If no board outside, pop into the neighbour who will give you the landlords name and contact details.

You should be able to negotiate a good deal as landlords are losing tenants due to the market conditions. whatever they ask, just bid them down also try not to get into a long lease.
