hi all just a quick post does anyone on here either themselves or know of a good terms and conditions, privacy policy builder.
i have been looking for a while now and have found pricing quite high.
so i am hoping that someone on here could offer me a reasonable quote to create the various terms etc for my website needs.
it is a fairly simple site so for someone with more experience it should be a reasonably easy bit of work anyone who has the relevant experience please feel free to contact me or look over the site to get an idea of what is needed then let me know what sort of costs would be involved.
thanks guys and girls i appreciate the help. :)

I suggest using and if needed, modifying the Government samples:

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

thanks k9 much appreciated the only concern i have is due to my own lack of knowledge in the legal jargon im never sure if i have crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's

Based on your requirements the privacy policy and terms and conditions should suit your needs. The best thing you could do now is print them out and have a solicitor look over them, it will be significantly lower is cost to do that than ask them to write you new terms.

If you give me details on your website (such as link - feel free to PM me) I will double check against them.

I would like to state that I am not a solicitor nor am I qualified to give advice on whether the terms and conditions suit your needs, however, in the website industry the above are standard and match most criteria.

I'd hold back a little before taking up K9 on his advice, wreckless as it is.

Terms and Conditions are a fairly important part of any business and websites are no different. Borrowing, changing, cutting and pasting an existing Terms and Conditions document can seem like a cheap and easy way to resolve the problem but you might just find that it is a lot less of a bargain when it comes to defending your terms in court.

A suitable experienced solicitor or specialist legal document writer would be your best bet. Yours terms and conditions should be written with your business in mind not someone elses.

LicensedToTrade, I would just like for you to read my above quoted text. I have pointed out I am of no way a solicitor and nor am I qualified to give advice on legal documentation. Hence the reason I suggested to use the provided document (which has also been provided by our Government) as a template to hand over to a solicitor, who will further improve and work on the document as per the needs of the OP.

One might say read the entire post before making an assumption inorder to discredit something someone else has said. At the end of the day, every business is trying to keep their costs lower. The advice I gave would do this but still be as efficient in legal standing.

I did not see your last post until now. I apologise.

We offer free reviews of business terms and conditions, if all else fails. This free offer could be easily extended to your competition website terms site if you wish.

But so that you see both problem (if found) AND solution (if required), we will also include a proposal to fix your terms within the review.

Best Regards
