Hi Guys.
So after 2 years of selling online, i must change my courier company, which is Hermes.
I'm just tired when i hear that clients have not received item, client received not all items, parcels are not in our system, delays with delivery, i cannot scale my business anymore with this crap quality.
What would you recommend guys. I need dropoff option, and tracking, and can be option to take a sign from customers.
I need have option to import ebay orders automatically.

No royal mail - because they got problems too with lost parcels. I have OBA but its to complicated for me. No companies who using self employed couriers - i see how they messing up.

Parcels - 1 - 2kg normal sizes.
Drop off because i'm working 9:30 - 5:30 - no one at home when courier would come to pickup.

how funny. we are literally having this issue right now with a seller, Hermes says it has been "left in secure porch" but we dont have a porch... and none of our neighbors have a porch either...

edit: Sorry im not actually helping you with the question here, but I had to comment due to the coincidence of having this issue at the same time you are sharing your experience.

I'm not sure about prices for your parcel sizes as mine are larger, but DPD and UPS are excellent for me and have local drop off points - one is a local shop and the other my train station. Look at a broker such as parcel2go.com and see what your options are.

I use ParcelMonkey (courier aggregator) for bulky items and CollectPlus for smaller items, both offer drop-off locations.

But if you are looking for a dedicated business account service provider I would suggest DHL or UPS.
