Help with prototyping, 3d design and print + production contacts`

Hi guys

Been reading a few posts about prototyping after a quick search but most of the threads are very old. Can someone please let me know of a quick cheap way to get a prototype designed with CAD and 3D printed as well?

I am based in London so ideally want someone local who I can meet and explain the product, dimensions etc.

I would also like to get some help with manufacturing of the product. It will need to be made of ABS plastic for production.

Any help is much appreciated.
