Help with html code

I am getting stuck with a really small piece of html code. I wounderd if some one would mind looking at it for me to see if they can help sort it for me.

I can probably help here but am not 100% sure what you're trying to achieve.

sorry not very clear at all, if you look on my home page, my template (brought from template monster) has an enter zip code box. I want to change this to enter your email and its submitted to myself, like a newsletter sign up. On the secon page there is a contact page, that now works, and this has a mail handler code, but I can not for the life me, get the code to work on the home page.
I have created an inline frame with the subnit email edit box on another page, but then I can not get the inline frame to position in pace of the enter zip code box.
if anyone could look at the sorce code of the two pages above and see if they can configure the enter zip code on the home page to sumbit email, that would be appreciated.

do a search on both pages for form that will give you the location of both forms, delete the code from the open form to the close form tag in the zip, and replace it with the form code from the other, then make sure the css, and jquery that are need.

Its not that simple, so I cannot offer much more.
