Help us choose a name

Well,

Some of you may or may not know that I'm trying to sort out the name for our new company. We'll be offering a lifeline that you can call 24/7 with any problems you may have... from being stuck in an airport as you've missed your flight, to forgotten an important birthday present.

The name has got to be short(ish) so it's catchy and memorable The current thought is around phrases you may say when you've forgotten something (all clean though )

That sounds great - you should market it like having the ICE details in your phone - an essential contact number.

Names I would suggest:

IAF - (in a fix)

Friend in Need

Rescue Angel

Call in a crisis

HELP!

just another thing I thought is that I am constantly trying to get the travel news before I turn onto the motorway as always get caught out. I never time it right and would love to dial up and get a travel report say 5 or ten mins before I get on the M1 as I have an alternative route but it takes a bit longer. I guess you can get this but if you had this no. programmed into your phone as a general helper, that would be a popular service to add.

Lifeline sounds like a great name for this type of service. I suspect it's already taken in lots of locations though?

What about "Beam me up Scotty?" (or variations on the phrase?)
Or "Get out of jail card" or "Kim'll fix it" (if you market a fictitious operator called Kim)

Following on from our email conversation Stef - I would've suggested withoutapaddle but both the .com and .co.uk are taken With hyphens the .co.uk is available but not the .com.
