Help required identifying font.

I've been desperately trying to identify two fonts that I would like to use on my webiste. I have already tried using identifont and WhatTheFont however with no success.

Please could someone help?

I'd say they look pretty close to Franklin Gothic Book to me.

Why not try just asking them off hand? If it's part of a corporate image I'm sure they'd be glad to share!
