Looks like you may need to change the Paypal configuration on your website.

We can't help further without knowing your ecommerce software and how your website 'talks' to Paypal.

Quite possibly, your website has been constructed poorly/incorrectly and is loading content via frames and this is insecure for and prohibited by Paypal. Without seeing the site, there is no way we can confirm for you.

If other customers have paid in the past without problem using PayPal from the same website, it can't be a frames issue. Blaming the site construction is not helpful as it clearly has worked well previously, and frankly blaming the original designer damages your credibility as a designer/web developer etc.

It could be that particular customers browser settings, or a glich at PayPal's end at that particular time, or a blacklisted IP at that customers address or indeed a hack attempt.

Things change, like Paypal requirements / terms and conditions. It is quite common for things to break when terms change, even when they were working perfectly for years before.

And "frankly", no-one blamed anyone. We're stabbing in the dark without being able to see the website hence my suggestions of what the problem could be.
