Help please, Insolvancy question

Hi there I am new to this forum and reading various threads with regards to insolvency and ltd company, quite a few actually at 3am this morning when I couldn't sleep worried sick about mine and my husbands business. We currently have a franchise business and a little worried about posting too much in case its seen! I have been reading many threads about the spongebob plan and have been trying to find the plan? Do i contact spongebob direct or is there a link to this please? Many thanks in advance

Hi Diane, I noticed in your post you mentioned it was a franchise business? Depending on what's in your franchise agreement you may find the Spongebob plan isn't suitable for your needs.

Is there anything in the agreement about insolvency or ceasing to trade? I think I'd suggest taking a look closely at that document first as that might make the path a bit clearer?

Either way best of luck getting through what I am sure is a difficult time.
