help please .... how do I change this into a legal term....

Hi,

Could someone please do me a huge favour and condense the following into a legal term,

"For the duration of the contract XYZ Ltd will have the right to use and publish your logo on XYZ Ltd's website and related promotional material"

Or is that actually sufficient?

Just realised this wasn't in my terms and conditions, doh!

The language is fine. The key point is to use language that both parties will understand, and which is clear. You might also want to have a clause permitting you to use the work in your portfolio in the future but perhaps that's already in your terms.
