Hi,

Could someone please do me a huge favour and condense the following into a legal term,

"For the duration of the contract XYZ Ltd will have the right to use and publish your logo on XYZ Ltd's website and related promotional material"

Or is that actually sufficient?

Just realised this wasn't in my terms and conditions, doh!

Your advice would be massively appreciated

Thanks

that's really dull..... not at all up to the usual calibre of "help needed urgently" threads.

Could you not spice it up a bit?

Allow me:

Hi,

I am currently attempting to disarm a thermoneclear device which is set to destroy half of London in the next 30 minutes unless I can get some help with this question.

An international terrorist (who happens to be a Terms and Conditions nut) wants to know if this term is acceptable or should be condensed:

"For the duration of the contract XYZ Ltd will have the right to use and publish your logo on XYZ Ltd's website and related promotional material"

If it's ok as it is then I need to cut the red wire
If it needs to be condensed I cut the yellow

If I get it wrong we lose half the capital - please help.

Better?
