help opening a call centre

hi guys. im new to this and am looking to open a call centre to sell mobile phone contracts like orange and o2. #I am very new to this and need help on how to start and what i need to do basically. a step by step guide would be very helpful . i will be looking at going to comanies like e2save etc to sell the contracts anybody know how the commision is. any help on starting uop your own call centre would be much appreciated.

Thank u for the info but i need info of do i need a dealer? Where can i get the dealer code from? What do i do once i have the dealer code?
