help needed new beauty business

hi


i'm hoping to get some advice.myself and my best friends started a beauty pampering business for both adults and children .. i know this isnt an orginal idea but we know the demand is there that why we started it plus with over ten years experience within the beauty industry we have a good client base.. we now want to increase our client list ,but we are finding it really hard ...we have a good website and we have tried the normal ie leaflet drops etc but still no joy

can anybody help me think outside the box to reach more customer ?

My husbands aunty used to be a part owner of a hair salon but in the new year she went her own way and opened up in her old dining room its very small and a pain when i have to take a push chair in with her but one thing she does is open one evening a week where she pushes the idea of "girly nights" - getting pampered b4a big night out or another where she invites people to have a 1 to 1 i think she must shut the place just for them for people who are going though cemo and she suggests ideas for them to make them feel a bit better. Just a couple of ideas for you

Can you tell us more about the business? Do you offer services that both mum and child can enjoy at the same time? For me that would be great, as one of the reasons I don't indulge in beauty experiences is that I am looking after my 8 month old who would be "in the way" if I went to a beauty salon. I'd love to hear more about what you do so I can give you a few thoughts.

thank you for your reply,in reference to your question,we are a mobile beauty business currently covering the london and surrounding areas.being a mobile business this is great help to mothers like yourself ..
we cater for children between the age of 4 - 16 .offering great extra like dressing up outfit,chocolate fountain & karaoke
