help Needed: List on web site

Can anyone direct me to a page where i can find out how to add a Find table to my web site.
ie If a user types in a dog breed it will search a list of dog breeds and direct the user to the appropriate breed on a different web page. Hope this is clear! I will be using FrontPage to design my web site.

It was recommended to me and I find it very helpful.
