Hello, my name is Bharat Panchal and I am the Managing Director of Oakhaven Business Development Ltd, a recently incorporated business.
I am a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience working as a Finance Director and lately as a Joint Managing Director across a variety of sectors, Turnover ranging from £0.5m to £15m.
I now engage with owners/managers of SME’s where they cannot justify employing a full time FD/MD, by providing a range of services to enable owner/managers to get a “helicopter” view of their business, identify any potential pit-falls (loss makers, cost savings etc), eliminate these and ultimately achieve their goal, be it a sale/MBO etc.
I am also looking for investment opportunities, ideally as a partner.
