I am new, I'd like to say hello.

I am starting a Sandwich/Coffee Shop with a twist. No artificial ingredients and fresh baked bread on site.

Anyway, I am in the middle of formulating my business plan for the bank manager and am stuck as to how to work out the costs of utilities for the shop, this is obviously needed for absorbing costings into the price of the food.

So I have joined here to hopefully get a rough idea from similar businesses.
