Hello everyone!
My name is Catherine and I am a recent university graduate in the field of International Business. I have had my business idea for some time now, but have never had the time or resources to put it into action. My idea is basically to sell lesser-known international cuisine to SMEs in the close vicinity, as a lunch or snack option (if any of you are familiar with the company 'Graze'...it's a similar idea, just with international foods
). I am still discovering the best way to gain customers. I think the way forward may be with a food blog, although I'd love to hear of any opinions of what you would do!
I'd love to use this site as a source of valuable advice, and I will be more than happy to help with anything wherever possible.
