Hello everybody!
I'm a newbie, wanting advice on starting up my own business.
I have recently had a baby. Being on maternity leave has finally given me sometime to explore my creative side.
I'm looking to start a business designing, and selling cushions. I've got as far as making a few samples but now want to give them a professional feel e.g.: labelling, branding, and finding a manufacturer (preferably UK based) that can bulk produce some of these sample, so I can sell my designs to retailers and eventually (if it does well) set up my own website.
So I really look forward to making new contacts and taking onboard any advice, information or simply just a chat about your thoughts on my business venture.
