Hello, my name is Cameron currently living in West Yorkshire.

Ive decided to actually get around to trying to get my business up and running, here's a little background information.

Ive done the prince's trust scheme, which gave me some insight into the world of business. Ive worked in many jobs, mainly bar jobs.

While working my way up the ladder at my currently employer, I attended many courses regarding controlling stock and staff training.

After being trained by Diageo, one of the biggest producers of alcoholic beverages, on pouring the perfect pint every time, ensuring to create the maximum profit on lagers and spirits.

Ive decided to branch off and do this for myself, using all my knowledge on keeping track of stock and keeping staff motivated using different techniques.
I hope to go across the country handing this knowledge down for a fee to public houses.

I'm hoping for it to include the training day consisting of pouring pints, spirits, branding, presentation of a drink and the perfectly mixed drink to all members of staff, guides on how to track and control stock to minimize losses.

I was also thinking about following up with some mystery shop visits as i have previous experience in this area also.

So does anyone see any flaws with my idea? I know it's a niche market, with a 1 time fee, but hopefully with the mystery shop's i can keep incoming flowing.

Hi there, no i haven't written a business plan. Not yet anyway, ive got some questionnaires to try identify all different aspects of the plan. When ive received all these back im going to write one.

Also, never really thought about giving some free training. Might go around some local pubs and offer it and try get some testimonials.

Thanks.
