Hi everybody,
My name is Graham Wyatt and I am managing director of eTray Ltd, manufacturers of eTray Laptop Computer Trays. I am also proprietor of GP Wyatt Technical Services, which is a business to business consultancy that has been providing product documentation (technical manuals, training documentation and the like) to manufacturers since 1989.
I have joined the forum for two reasons. The first is that, having been around for a long time, I might be able to contribute to the community in some way. The second is that I think the eTray business has the potential to be doing better than it is, and I might benefit from some help and advice on how to achieve that.
