Good evening fellow members. I am the creator/owner/operator of dssyes.com a new site aimed at potential tenants across Calderdale who claim or who are entitled to claim housing benefit.

I have just started this venture and I am currently looking at ways to market this service to local landlords and agents. I am here seeking sound advice.

Things are slowly starting to pick up. Had a meeting today with someone from martin&co letting agents and they are very happy with what I have to offer and are now filtering properties through to my site. Fingers crossed it keeps on growing.

Hi there General,

It is quite a good thing you have going on here, I have a client running a similar operation over in Lancashire, not too too far away from you and he is very successful - he too concentrates on the DSS tenants.
What you could do, if you haven't done so already, is a Google map listing, this can be optimised as well, for specific keywords!!
