Hello, I've just stumbled across the forum whilst searching for a template for Terms and Conditions. This forum looks to be a great resource!

I work for a small ltd company called Asudari and we specialise in high end ladies' fashion. The company has been in existence for a couple of years now but we are only now looking to sell the product after many seasons of fine tuning production. We've worked hard towards our professional veneer and feel that it's imperative considering our 'hard to please' target market.

We are taking part in the Vendome Luxury Trade Show in Paris next week and we will be located in the Ritz. This is our first trade show and first experience of selling to international buyers and whilst I have most of the bases covered I realised I hadn't drafted out our Terms and Conditions.

Is there a generic template in existence that I can amend accordingly? Better still is there one that is specific to the fashion industry that anyone knows of?

TIA!

Welcome to the forum; a rather nice flashy flash site - fantastic sharp images... your obviously on the right track for online marketing...

Thank you very much! God to know coming from a web designer lol. Was not without it's problems though... Just shot the AW2008 collection and I will be uploading the images over the weekend in time for Paris Fashion Week.

I think the photos are fantastic - im not too keen on the use of flash for general use in web design as this is no good for the search engines however i think the use of flash was probably the best solution given the nature of your products (although so saying a standard compliant site designed without flash could have just as easily been developed and it would have been just as good!).
