Hello!
We are My Digital Farm a creative agency formed from by three freelancing friends who wanted a place to call their own.
"I'm Lorcan the designer/ developer. I started out in Ireland where I did most of my studying too but had come out of study into the beginning of a recession and my friends over here in Manchester thought they and I would fair better over here. To be fair they were probably right and I've built a great life so far with people I love. It was definitely the right time for me to go into business as opposed to being a freelancer." - Lorcan
"Hi all, my name is Xin, I was born and still live in Manchester I went to MMU to learn web development. I had known Lorcan from around this time as I too started to freelance. We met each other on a popular job forum and have continued to work with each other since. Lorcan asked me to join and help launch My Digital Farm with him and I was really excited to start a business together." - Xin
We also have a third member of the team Louise with us but due to work commitments, she will be joining us full-time at the end of April as our first Social Media Marketing manager. She is still as much a part of the team in a freelancing capacity until the end of April.
In the meantime, myself and Xin are tasked with getting this up and running, hopefully building a bit of a network for Louise to take over, and most importantly hopefully get a couple of projects underway to make this viable.
We are here to make friends, get advice, give advice, and offer our services (when strictly related to the thread, I might add!)
I guess that just leaves us to say thank you for having us and if you have any questions feel free to ask here!
