Hi all sorry for late reply and thanks for the welcome!!

We offer a service on advising and implementing manufacturing costcutting and waste management, basically increase production aswell as cutting costs.

Also team building, employee benefits, re-organisation....so in general a company TLC

Depending on what manufacturing the company does we advise on whether there is a costcutting excerise which can be undertaken. We are straight to the point so if there isn't one then you will know!
