Hi everyone.
Just spent some time browsing throught this forum and can't believe we haven't seen it before. There seems to be some great information here and I hope we can contribute to this too.

Quick Introduction

We are a small but well established business supplying corporate awards to companies and individuals all accross the UK. We specialise in crystal and glass awards and are able to engrave company logos and text on to virtually all of our products.
We also retail and engrave trophies for sports and many other occassions and have a huge range for you to choose from.

How's business at the moment? Are you finding companies holding back due to the economic climate or are you finding things OK?

We're doing ok thanks but we have noticed that repeat customers are putting in smaller orders, obviously they're cutting their budgets.

While not the best thing in the world it's better than losing customers.

How are things with you?

Good to hear things are working out for you. Our industry has been affected by the recession, but still doing well thanks. We appear to be taking on more Franchisees who want to earn extra 'lifestyle' money and they are running our vendors to subsidise their incomes.
