I recently stopped using DPD Local and moved onto Parcelforce as courier, the system is a bit less streamlined but the service is very similar and pricing more competitive imo, so I'm glad I moved, but entering parcels manually was a slow process...
I looked for something to help with this laborious task and found the following helped for my woocommerce store..
Using parcelforce and woocommerce, definitely look at the parcelforce plugin by digital duck, I have no association or link with this company, but it makes life so much easier for me, big thumbs up...
