Have Royal Mail dropped the free 6 x4 thermal labels?

    Hi, I've tried to order some of the free Royal Mail 6 x 4 label rolls and, although the item shows in their instant search dropdown, when you click on it it goes to a 404. Has this been stopped or is there another way to get them?

    Thanks, I'm still waiting to check if the new account I set up has access to the shop to buy them but when I log in I'm getting:

    "Our website is temporarily unavailable. Full service should be resumed very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you."

    Since yesterday....

    Thanks. Just sent a complaint as I can't get to OBA with our original account email (although I can login) plus I can't get to the shop with it or the newly created one where I applied for access last week. Marvelous.

    Well I'm finally in...but only on Chrome (lol). Even if I do as they say and clear all site data/cookies etc I get sent into an infinite loop on Mozilla. However, it works on Chrome specifically when I do 'quirky' number 11 on their troubleshooting list below....

    1. Are you registered on Royal Mail as a business ?
      If not, please visit royalmail.com/register and select ‘business use’

    2. Which web browser are you using?
      We recommend Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and Firefox. Safari and some older versions of Internet Explorer are not always supported.

    3. Our site no longer supports the security settings within older browser versions or devices.
      To continue using our site, please upgrade to the latest browser versions, for example: Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox.

    4. Have you recently changed the email address to access Royal Mail?
      If you have, this may be the reason and you may need to re-register and reapply.

    5. Are you using a Desktop, Laptop or Mobile Device (Tablet or Mobile Phone)?
      We advise to try to use a Desktop or Laptop as occasionally, Mail Supplies access does not work on a mobile device

    6. Have you tried deleting your cookies and cache and refreshed the web browser?
      This will usually resolve the issue.

    7. Have you used this e-mail address to purchase products from the shop?
      If yes, you will need to register a different email address and reapply for mail supplies.

    8. Are you accepting Cookies on the Royal Mail website?
      If cookies are not enabled, Online Mail Supplies will not appear.

    9. Are you using a web browser in Incognito mode?
      As the cookies are not enabled, Online Mail Supplies will not appear.

    10. Do you have an Adblocker on your web browser?
      You will need to disable the ad blocker on this page. This can resolve the issue

    11. When you log in does ‘My Account’ still appear at the top of page instead Hi (Customer / Your name)?
      Click on My Account (this may take several attempts), but this should update and Online Mail Supplies appear in the white bar at the top of the page.

    12. The security settings for your Internet browser or device could be out of date. Ensure these are up to date.
    I have now ordered my free thermal labels. If I was Mozilla I'd be outside Royal Mail with a placard demanding browser equality...
