Hi,
I run a business selling handmade children's clothing and after reading the EU directive in relation to cords and drawstrings, I am worried about the rompers that I sell/have sold.
The straps start at the shoulders, go over the shoulders and down the back and then go through a loop to tie in a bow at the lower back.
The directive makes reference to shoulder straps, and halter neck straps but the way in which the rompers fasten do not seem to come under any of those definitions and I am now worried about the rompers already out there in case they're not permitted.
So my questions are; does anyone have more insight into this area that can help? And if not, do you know who I could contact? And also, what do I do about those rompers that are already out there in the meantime?
Thank you.
