Hi people. was just wondering if you people have heard of Hamilton Forbes. I think i have been stung with a scam and not sure what to do. I agreed to go onto a wallplanner back in February and since then have found out that the whole thing is a scam. now hamilton are asking for there money. is there anything i can do because im not paying.

I know this is probebly old news but at the time i thought it would be a good idea to advertise and help a charity. oh well. any help would be appreciated.

Yeh thats bad sport. If you haven't paid then don't bother. Just look on it as a learning experience and realise that you are just one of a very large group that have been scammed at one point or another.

A good piece of advice would be to always go looking for things like this, never let them come to you.

If you agreed to an insertion in a wallplanner that was subsequently produced and distributed then they have fulfilled their part of the contract and are entitled to receive money from you. You have already admitted that "I agreed to go onto a wallplanner"

If either youir advert was not included or the wallplanner was not printed they you may have a case for non payment
