Just spoke to her and she has bumped off her old long standing supplier due to the quality going downhill. She had to refund 2 clients which is a first for her. She's currently buying it at retail prices just to keep customers happy and it's costing her a fortune.
Sorry I couldn't help. Unfortunately it seems like she's in the same boat as you!

Hi I'm opening my own hair extension shop very soon but I'm having trouble finding a supplier, my shop will be in liverpool but I am prepared to travel to manchester I have been told there are suppliers in manchester but I've serched google and had no luck.. Can any1 help? Be much apreciated

That it seem like to make money within the hair industry or to consistently providing Quality hair was a myth for my customers.
The more I got feedback from my customers was the more I investigated, the more I learned and the more I grew.
