Guidance to start Domiciliary care agency

Hi hope you're all well, Im looking for guidance and mentorship regarding starting a domiciliary care agency. I worked as a healthcare assistant during the pandemic and I fell in love with the job. I became a senior shortly after, but throughout my time working i identified a lot of issues that seemed like they could easily be resolved with care compassion and better management. Still, i guess not everyone sees the job the same way as i did and just need advice regarding how do I go about things. So far I'm enrolled on a required level 5 diploma course. I need to establish the business while I'm on this course but I genuinely don't know what steps to take, if anyone can please provide me with mentorship and guidance I would really appreciate it, thank you.

I'd suggest your biggest challenge - by far - will be attracting quality, reliable carers. Do you have good connections?

Customers wise, why will they choose you over their incumbent or others banging on their door? (hint, if the answer is 'better service' I guarantee you won't be different)

Hopefully/presumably your course will give you an insight to regulations and legislation, which is very important.
