Greetings one and all.
My name is Abbas, I moved back to London in early 2020 after working out in the Middle East for the last 15 years. It was certainly an eye opener working out there and during that time I have managed to work on pretty much every aspect of the real estate sector you can imagine, residential - leasing & sales - commercial - offices, retail & hospitality sector - property development as well as property management.
After 16 years it seems like I have returned to another country, everything seems more regulated and it seems like I have to go back to school again.
Anyway I joined this forum with two things in mind, first if anyone is looking for any advice regards to the middle east and the GCC in particular, I am at your service. I am also sure to be back on here time and time again as i try and get back up to speed with the working environment that is the UK!
